How to Practice

1. Sit tall, somewhere you can see morning light if possible.

2. Inhale through your nose for 3 seconds, filling the chest gently.

3. Pause for 1 second at the top.

4. Exhale through your nose for 3 seconds.

5. Let each breath feel a little brighter than the one before.
