Ocean Breath (Ujjayi)
Ancient yogic technique that creates a soft ocean-like sound, calming the mind and deepening the breath naturally.

How to Practice
1. Sit comfortably with your spine tall.
2. Breathe through your nose only — both in and out.
3. Gently narrow the back of your throat, as if you were about to whisper.
4. Inhale for 5 seconds. The breath should make a soft, ocean-like sound.
5. Exhale for 5 seconds with the same quiet throat sound.
6. Let the rhythm be unforced. The sound is your guide — not a goal.
