How to Practice

1. Kneel or sit comfortably with your hands on your knees.

2. Inhale deeply through your nose for 3 seconds.

3. Open your mouth wide. Stretch your tongue out toward your chin.

4. Exhale forcefully through your mouth for 6 seconds with a soft "haaa" sound.

5. Close your mouth, take a settling breath, then begin again.
