How to Practice

1. Sit or lie down somewhere soft.

2. Inhale gently through your nose for 3 seconds.

3. Pause for 2 seconds at the top.

4. Exhale slowly through your nose for 5 seconds — a little longer than the inhale.

5. Rest for 1 second before beginning again.

6. Let the rhythm feel light, almost weightless.
