1. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position
2. Take 30-40 deep breaths in through your nose
3. After the last breath, exhale completely
4. Hold your breath for as long as possible
5. When you need to breathe, take a deep breath and hold for 15 seconds
6. Exhale and return to normal breathing
